Swan Lake Lutheran Church recently celebrated their 140th Anniversary in their original location just north of Swan Lake along the historic Fort Road.
As a partner congregation in the Fields of Grace Lutheran Parish, we are fortunate to have an extended working relationship with First Lutheran Church and Bernadotte Lutheran Church. While sharing pastoral services and having a combined Youth Group, we are able to share our resources to better serve our congregational needs. While we may be small in numbers, we are strong in our faith and our relationship with Jesus Christ. We welcome all to join us for a time of worship, praise and fellowship.
Services are held each Sunday at 8:00 a.m. with and coffee and fellowship following each service. Sunday School is held each Sunday following our morning worship October-May.
